Please read the conditions and terms of service. By placing your order, you agree to the following:

  • ORDERS:  Orders accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, filled as available inventory allows, and are a rental only.
    • Greeting rental includes: the rental of signs/sign hardware, delivery, installation and retrieval.
    • Orders accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, filled as available inventory allows, and are a rental only.
    • Exterior Installations: Greeting installed the evening prior to or AM of client supplied Event Date.  Exterior greeting  rental is for a maximum of 24 continuous hours. 
    • Interior & Venue Installations: Coordination with the event venue will dictate installation and removal times on the day of your event.  Interior, Event & Venue rentals are for the duration of the event only and are NOT a 24 hour rental.
    • Acknowledgement:  By placing an order, you acknowledge that Milestone Messages LLC, its owners and staff are not responsible/liable for injury caused to others or for damage to property.
  • COMMUNICATION:  
    • We will communicate via email and occasionally through social media, and phone (call/text) throughout the process.
    • Photos/video taken by Milestone Messages LLC or client supplied/shared photos may be used for advertising.
    • It is the responsibility of the individual placing the order to notify the recipient, or other responsible property resident, of the upcoming greeting installation and of the pre-installation rules and requirements.  Permission to be on the property, if it is not your own, is required.
  • PAYMENT: 
    • Payment due at time of order.
    • Payment accepted via credit card. 
    • Special, custom and personalized items, where applicable, are not included in  package price, are billed separately from base sign packages and subject to NJ state tax. 
  • MATERIALS:  All materials, including signs, letters, stakes, stands, etc. are the sole property of Milestone Messages LLC, and are rental only.  Exterior greetings to be installed in front yard, in grass, to ensure the most successful installation.  
    • DO NOT allow play or pets on or near and no handling/moving/removing any portion of the greeting/sign.   Injury and damage could occur.  Need assistance for early removal,  please call us at 856.431.4849.
    • DO WATER your grass generously, everyday for several days, leading up to your greeting installation, including the day of (prior to our arrival) from early spring thru late fall.  If we cannot insert the stakes into the lawn, we will be unable to install your greeting and a refund will not be available should this situation arise.  
    • NO LAWN CARE, to include, but not limited to mowing/weed whacking/edging/thatching/chemical application/etc. or use of sprinklers while your greeting is installed.  Reschedule all lawn service and turn off sprinklers from installation through removal.  These acts will cause damage.  A cleaning fee of $75 will be imposed for signs affected by grass clippings/debris.  Damage to sign materials to include, but not limited to scratches, staining, holes, removal of printed surfaces, etc., caused by lawn care/maintenance/sprinklers/chemical sprays will fall under the Damaged/Missing Materials replacement policy as noted in these terms.
    • AREA CLEANLINESS: Pick-up after your pets and remove any lawn debris in the area where installation will take place.  A cleaning fee of $75. will be imposed for signs affected by animal waste (urine or feces) after our installation.  
    • DO NOT ATTACH ITEMS to any portion of the greetings/signs (balloons, photos, toys, etc.)  Damage will occur.
    • DAMAGED/MISSING MATERIALS:  The Customer shall be responsible for any missing  items or damages occurring to the yard cards while installed on the Site, as well as for any damage arising from any negligence of the Customer, its tenants, guests, agents or invitees. In connection therewith, the Customer hereby authorizes the Company to charge the payment method identified on the Order for such damagewill require replacement by the order contact, at full retail replacement costs, to include shipping, expedited processing fees, taxes, loss of future orders, etc. and will be billed to the card on file.  Yard cards are purchased as sets and are not replaceable as individual pieces.  (ex.  if one number in the 4' mega number set is sprinkler damaged,  bent by a child playing with the sign or is taken, it is necessary to purchase a new set to replace that single piece, at $500., not including shipping, expedite fees and taxes)
    • YOUR GREETING IS UNIQUE, with each installed with an artistic eye, no two are exactly alike.  Greetings are installed to resemble the selected style from the website, not to duplicate piece for piece.  Modification to selected greeting style may be necessary due to available space, terrain, ground conditions, current or predicted weather and are at the discretion of the install team's determination.  
    • FORECAST WIND SPEEDS (sustained or gusts) in excess of 20 mph, tornado/hurricane/derecho/severe storm watches, the call for hail/sleet/ice will require expedited sign removal to avoid damage to materials and to ensure the safety of people, pets, property, etc.  Weather related conditions which can affect an installation or removal include wind, hail, sleet, ice, heavy/deep snow, lightning, etc.  As an Act of God, weather related delays, cancellations and early removal is outside our control.         
  • SUBSTITUTIONS:  
  • If unable to supply your selected requests, a substitute package or alternative installation date may be offered, as inventory or schedule allows.  If substitution does not meet clients needs, a refund will be issued.
  • Winter and periods of drought may require the use of sign stands.  Greetings will be modified accordingly to fit the stand/s and to include as many components allowable by fit/size.
  • Greeting modifications may be necessary due to space constraints, terrain/ground conditions, current or predicted weather conditions.
  • REFUNDS: 
  • If Milestone Messages is unable to fulfill your order due to unsafe or dangerous weather conditions, at the time of installation (PM prior to or AM of selected event date or other date/time as mutually agreed upon), a refund will be issued to the credit card on file. 
  • Refunds are not available for errors/omissions submitted via order form or due to homeowner association rules, town ordinance, law, convenants, access to gated/guarded communities, venue rules, etc.  A copy of your order information is automatically emailed upon submission, please review carefully and advise any changes immediately upon receipt.  
  • Refunds are not available if we are unable to install  due to pet/animal interference or due to unsanitary conditions due to animal/pet waste.
  • Ensure there is ample space to install the selected greeting.  Most messages range between 8 and 16 feet in length.  If we are unable to install all or part of the greeting due to space constraints, a refund is not available.
  •  Ensure pre-watering requirements are met.  If we arrive and are unable to insert the stakes and supports into the lawn, we will be unable to install your message and a refund will not be available.
  • Special order/made to order/customized/personalized items and fundraisers can not be cancelled and are non-refundable.  
  • Refunds are not available for requested early removal or weather related expedited greeting removals.
  • Refunds nor rain checks are not available for cancellations within (3) days of installation. 
  • CANCELLATIONS: 
  • A Rain Check, equal to full rental price and good for 12 months from order date, will be held on file for your next milestone moment or a refund of 50% of rental price will be issued to card on file for orders cancelled four(4) or more days before installation.  Special order/made to order/customized/personalized items and fundraisers can not be cancelled and are not refundable. 
  • Installation date definition:  evening before or morning of client selected event date, as determined by Milestone Messages LLC, not including "Oh, Baby", fundraising, and venue/event installations.
