PHOTO REQUIREMENTS 

• High resolution image required.  
• Full-sized digital image, NO proof images.
• Uncropped, half-body shots are best.
• NO screen shots, cropped subjects, or photos from social media.

Delivery/Install:  Allow minimum 14 days for delivery AFTER proof approval. One time installation by MMLG in base service area only.

Payment:  Due Upon Order Placement.  

Refunds:  No refunds or exchanges after order placed.
